The city spends an inordinate amount of time and money promoting its various endeavors. Whether it be with commercials or newspaper adds certain themes are struck again and again.Some of these have been worthwhile while others, not so much.
Recently, however, I have been perplexed by the mini Willie Botes and what they are supposed to do exactly. I mean, I see the contact information, and that's good to have, but in my opinion it would have been better to have on a magnet pad stuck to the fridge.
Maybe, some of the folks wanted to make them like toys for kids, kinda like Transformers, so that maybe when they grow up they can be a sanitation worker?
Ultimately, I don't know. The Willie seen above was being used as a pencil holder in the kitchen. So, good enough, I guess.

I need one of those. I can set it out on my curb just to see what reaction I get from trash pick-up guy (and neigbors).
